The menu at the C&O changes on a seasonal basis so
as to offer the most ambitious and innovative dishes featuring
the freshest and most appropriate ingredients from local
farms and markets around the world. Chefs Thomas Bowles
and Hannah Reid hold lengthy collaborative sessions, honing
their best ideas. Thomas and Hannahs considerable
skill in the kitchen is complimented by a highly capable
team of line cooks, interns, grillers and bakers, all
devoted to doing their
best to insure that your experience at the C&O is
a memorable one.

Our
Wine
The C&Os wine selection is overseen by one of
the most respected and admired sommeliers in the mid-Atlantic
region, Elaine Futhey. Our cellar is deep in quality,
breadth, and volume. We have little doubt that even the
most ardent oenophile will enjoy our collection. Elaines
stewardship has ensured the restaurant has received the
Wine Spectators Award of Excellence for 16
consecutive years.
