We will begin taking graduation reservations at the C&O on Wednesday, February 20th at 9:00 a.m. (no emails please) Seating times Friday May, 17th 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Saturday May 18th 5:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Sunday May 19th 3:00 p.m. 5:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. 60.00 prix fixe menu exclusive of Beverages, tax and gratuities

Kitchen Renovations

After years of putting it off we made some meaningful additions to our infrastructure. In January we closed for seven days. We installed a beautiful new walk in refrigerator, a new dish room, painted and cleaned and added new wall coverings to the kitchen. We added several pieces of new equipment make another station in the kitchen. If you’d like to see them ask your server about taking a look in the back the next time you’re in.

After years of making excuses to Archer Campbell and all the great folks at the Virginia Department of Health about why we didn’t have a walk in refrigerator we finally got tired of running and had one installed last week. We are enjoying the luxury of all the space and the way the catering season is shaping up we’re really going to need it.
