The
C&O Restaurant has provided exceptional dining in
an unexpectedly charming setting since 1976. Under the
ownership of David Simpson, the C&O expanded into
six dining areas with their own unique appeal:
The convivial
Bistro >
The cozy
Mezzanine >
The intimate
Upstairs >
The covered Patio
(heated) >
The urban Terrace
open to the night sky >
The private
Gallery >
The C&O has maintained the highest standards of quality
and intimacy throughout its expansion, and continues to
reap accolades for its menu, wine list, and service.
I can confidently assure you that not since Jefferson
was serving imported vegetables and the first ice cream
at Monticello has there been more innovative cooking in
those parts that at the C&O Restaurant.
